• We ourselfs have animals running around here; 3 dogs, 5 cats and chickens.
• Casita Oliva is completely fenced, so our dogs can't come directly to you (two of our cats can be found at the Casita almost continuously though).
• The use of the swimming pool is at your risk.
• You have to enter our part of the land, and therefore pass our dogs, to get to the pool (which is no problem for our dogs). Besides us there is no one else to share the pool with.
• Because we are situated along a dirt road, you should consider that it's a road, for about 150m, with some overhanging branches of weeds and brambles and, inside the cottage, a little more dust and bugs (like little ants, little spiders/webbits, lizards, etc.) than usual...

• The booking period is 3 nights minimum, in July and August 7 nights.
• Prices include gas, water and electricity, use of fiber wifi (2 and 5G), use of washing machine and once a week clean linen and towels.
• Pets (max. 2) are welcome, but not on the bed, sofa and pool. Please bring your own blanket/basket for your pet to sleep on.
  Your dog(s) is/are not allowed to be left alone unsupervised at Casita Oliva, unless otherwise agreed.
• Children under 12 may not use the pool unaccompanied, unless they have a swimming certificate. When under 5, they must also use swimming rings or a baby swimming belt, both can be provided.
• Your accommodation is available from 3:00 pm on the day of arrival until 11:00 am on the day of departure. Other arrival or departure times by arrangement.
  Upon arrival, please register at the maingate of our house 'Quinta As duas Oliveiras'.
• We can't be held responsible for damage, loss and/or theft to/from your property.
• If you destroy or damage property belonging to Casita Oliva during your stay, you will be charged for this.

• Prices are based on 2 people; each additional person is charged an extra € 17,50 per night. Children within the age of 0-2 are free of charge, children of 3-12 are charged € 10,00 per night.
  For your pet(s) you also pay a one-time extra cleaning fee of € 15,00.
• Beach towels can be rented at a rate of € 7,50 per towel/per week.
• In winter time, if open, roughly between October and March, there will be an extra gas charge of € 5,00 per night for the use of a gas heater.
• If required, we have a children's bed and a table chair available (both suitable up to approx. age 3), free of charge.

Upon receipt of your reservation, we will send you confirmation with payment details by e-mail. Your reservation will be final once 25% of the rental has been paid. The remaining amount must be paid on the day of arrival.

In case of cancellation, the refund will be 50% of the prepayment; cancellations less than 4 weeks before arrival will not be refunded.
