The cottage (35m²), located just a 5min walk from downtown São Luis, consists of a living room with a small kitchen (with a.o. a fridge, gas stove, 2x coffee machine, water cooker and a microwave), one bedroom (with a 1.40 x 2.00m double bed) and a bathroom with toilet, sink, shower and washing machine. In the living room/kitchen is also a dining table with four chairs, a sofa bed (1.40 x 2.00m) and a TV with Portuguese channels available. A children's bed is available if needed. For the winter there is a gas heater available (extra charges for gas will apply). The cottage has its own entrance with a gate and is fenced all around. In front of the cottage is a large terrace (4 x 7m) of which half is covered. The view is over our property (0,8ha), the chicken coop and swimming pool (4,5 x 7m). Free use of Wi-Fi (fiber 2 and 5G) and pets (max. 2) are welcome
